My rings order finally arrive at my door step. Each time I receive them all, I just love the look of the multicolor aluminium rings, so refreshing and nice. Don’t you think the same too?

However when I check each of them the next morning, I am dismay to find out some flaw (color chipped off) from a few of the aluminium rings. I certainly will not use this rings on my beautiful slings, as it will create a bad image to my slings.

However I guess it must be due to the mishandling during the postage as they does not look like manufacturing flaw. Since they are pricey, I decided to write to them, to see if I can get a replacement for these few rings.

And guess what, Tina from slingrings.com is so kind to offer a replacement for the rings. Hope they will improve their packaging in future to protect the rings instead of just placing them loosely into the bubble envelops during shipping.
